• Discontinue retinoids, retinols, and similar products 5 days before your treatment

• Limit sun exposure and avoid tanning beds for at least a week before

• Avoid other invasive skin treatments, such as chemical peels or microneedling

• Skip waxing your face for 7 prior your appointment

For the first 48hours

• Avoid touching the treated area

• Avoid direct sun exposure

• Do not wear makeup (unless mineral makeup)

• Refrain form exercise, hot showers, saunas, chorine, anything that could irritate your skin

• Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol

• Use a physical at least SPF30

Day 3-7

• Continue with SPF

• Skip harsh skincare products such as exfoliants, retinol, AHSs/BHAs or other strong actives that can irritate the skin for 7 days

• Use only gentle skincare, hydrating serums and moisturisers

• Continue to consume plenty of water and avoid alcohol

After 1 week

• Slowly reintroduce stronger products such as AHAs, BHAs and retinols

• Skip harsh skincare products such as exfoliants, retinol, AHSs/BHAs or other strong actives that can irritate the skin for 7 days

• Continue to consume plenty of water
